| 内容 | 中定商店は、味噌・溜を専業とする醸造家。大五蔵は変形敷地にあわせた台形平面を持つ。もとは仕込蔵として建てられた。二階建ながら、二階は建ちが低く「二階麹」と呼ばれ、味噌玉に麹菌を繁殖させる部屋とする。黒色の壁面が特色ある景観を形成している。 |
